All international travellers should arrive at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport (CGK), Jakarta’s main international gateway. Allow extra time for city traffic when planning your journey to the venue.
You can secure your booking at the Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada by contacting the Reservations Department at your earliest convenience.

Please ensure all travel documents meet Indonesia’s entry requirements:
Passport valid for at least 6 months
At least one blank page for entry stamps
Check your visa eligibility, apply online through the official portal, pay the applicable fee and download your approved visa. Complete the Indonesia Arrival Card within 3 days before arrival, then present your passport, visa (if required) and arrival QR code at immigration.
